WASILLA, Alaska - Immediately after hosting the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, Ricky Gervais flew to Wasilla, Alaska to meet with Sarah Palin.

Palin had seen Gervais in action on the award show and right away she knew that he was the type of person that she wanted running her presidential campaign.

"Snowflake" said that not only is "Tricky" Ricky, as she calls him a loose cannon, but he is also a loose cannon with an accent. Palin said that she is certain that the venom-spewing comedian will absolutely drive the presidential news media bonkers with his English accent which is at times almost impossible to understand.

The television news program Tittle Tattle Tonight asked Ricky Gervais what he thought about the offer that Sarah Palin had made him. He replied that truth be told he did not know the effen difference between a Palin Tea Bagger and a West Hollywood Tea Bagger, but that she had made him a very nice financial offer that he could not pass up.

He was asked what that offer was and he refused to say adding that it was no one's business and that the info was strictly confidential between him and the Alaskan bitch. He caught himself and corrected his remark by saying that he meant to say the Alaskan Ice Princess.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: Barbara Walters told me that a reliable inside source revealed to her that Gervais will be paid a flat out fee of $500,000 plus he will be given 150 acres of state owned land just outside of Anchorage; a state-of-the-art 2011 Deluxe Nanook of The North Snowmobile; his very own dog sled team, consisting of eight Alaskan huskies; and a card enabling him to drink all the beer he wants free of charge at Wasilla's Eskimo Elmer's Beer Tavern and Whorehouse.]

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
