image for Californians Put Gay Marriage Back on the Ballot

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Friends Against Gay Sex, Carpetmunching Relationships And Marriage (FAGSCRAM) announced today that they have acquired the necessary signatures on their petition to put the Gay-Marriage issue back on the ballot in November.

Because of the volatility of today's politics, the organization has decided to focus on a narrower demographic to maximize the potential success of the proposition (Prop 69). The following is the full-text of the question:

"Section I. Title

This measure shall be known and may be cited as the "California Heritage and Marriage Protection Act."

Section 2. Article I. Section 7.5 is added to the California Constitution. to read:

Sec. 7.5. Only marriage between a heterosexual Caucasian man and a heterosexual Caucasian woman is valid or recognized in California."

Supporters of Prop 69 say that passage would ensure that homosexual illegal-aliens would not be attracted to California and would probably go to gayer states, such as Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire.

Make Moose's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
