image for Justices, 5-4 Reject Cartoon Character Spending Limits
G.W.Bush stated in a phone interview that Wliey B.Obama can never defeat Osama Bin Road Runner..beep beep Ya'll

Washington - Overruling two precedents about cartoon character's First Amendment rights, the bitterly divided Supreme Joke of a Court on Thursday ruled that the government may not interfere with the outright purchase of the next congress by cartoon characters.

The 5 to 4 decision was a vindication, the majority spokesperson, for the Supreme Court of Imbeciles, Justice Anthony M. Kennedy had this to say about the First Amendement's free speech principle which states that the government, is not permitted to regulate political speech. Dissenters felt that flooding the political marketplace with cartoon characters money would turn our elections into a cheap joke.

President Obama declared it to be a huge victory for Acme Products and Spacley's Space Sprockets. Both companies are well known for their ability to inflence elections thru the Federal Deprtment of Graft and Kickbacks. Department head Dick Dasterdly was quoted as saying all 666 government employees in his department looked forward to enjoying their retirement, with current salaries and benefits, for the rest of their tax-payer supported lives. They felt they had really earned this during the grooling 15 hour weeks they had put in during the 2 years the Department has been in existence.

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote for the majority and stated that the government is prohibited from fining or jailing cartoon characters, or cartoon character associations, for simply engaging in political speech while hitting each other over the heads with rediculously large hammers by the First Amendment.

Justice John Paul Stevens contributed a scathing 90 page dissent. He was quoted from the bench as saying " The majority has commited a grave error in treating cartoon characters as human beings.

Henry Heckle and Jack Jeckle shared a message from American Cartoon Manufacturer's Enterprise (Acme) Industries that stated...In appreciation for the justices accepting our bribes and honoring them, we here at Acme will be sending each justice that voted correctly the newest model Jet Powered Pogo Stick, and, a complete set of ACME Anvils.

Acme Industries would also like to announce that final testing was completed this week in Icland on our new Volcano Pills and Dehydrated Lava Flow. We feel confident that these products will serve you as well as our Earthquakes Pills have been doing lately.

"When government seeks to use its full power, including the criminal law, to command where a person may get his or her information or what distrusted source he or she may not hear, it uses censorship to control thought," Justice Kennedy wrote. "This is unlawful. The First Amendment confirms the freedom to think for ourselves."

Stump Parrish adds...the First Amendment does in fact confirm the freedom in America to think for ourselves, the problem is nobody exercises that right anymore. I have readers actually believing some of my posts. These are some of the people that help elect our gloriously corrupt government. Help Stop Repeat Offenders. Don't Re-elect Them. Peace everyone, Stump.
