Washington DC-- President Obama's racially-tinged comments on Wednesday activated several Federal Government employee guidelines that must be followed. The Federal Government is an equal opportunity employer and follows all affirmative action policies and guidelines. All Federal Government mandates must be followed by everyone--including the president.
Mr. Obama is ordered to report to a diversity training course for three days, beginning next week. It is the same sort of training taken by millions of people in corporate America. Hopefully, the forced play-acting and the sharing of extremely private feelings with total strangers will teach him a lesson. Failure to complete the training will result in impeachment proceedings.
Mr. Obama must also write an apology letter about the incident. The letter must be no less than 1,000 words. The Federal government works for its citizens and all employees must show courtesy and respect at all times. Failure to write an apology will result in impeachment proceedings.
Finally, Mr. Obama must be drug-tested immediately. Any aberrant behavior, especially with a racist overtone, is a warning sign of drug abuse. Mr. Obama has self-identified as a drug abuser in the past. Failing the test will mean impeachment proceedings.
Federal policies may seem strict, but they are no less than what millions of employees in private enterprise deal with every day. The Federal government invented them all!
