image for Obama wins Election; Announces Bold New "Legislative" Plan

(Chicago) Barack Obama has won the US Presidential election becoming the 44th President in US history and also becoming the first African American President. As the victory celebrations of the Democratic Party carried through the night Obama grabbed the opportunity to formally announce his plan to do what Democratic reformers call "a new bold approach to politics".

The historic announcement occurred after his victory speech in which Obama stated, "I promised change and change is what I'm gonna do". He concluded, "Its bold and its new…and its called our "Legislative Plan" before he released further details.

The newly crowned President then, with the graciousness of royalty stood aside and offered the full details of this bold new plan to be presented by Senator Kirk Watson of Texas. Obama introduced the Senator, "I don't wanna hog all the glory tonight so I'm gonna let my good friend and mentor Senator Kirk Watson explain this whole new "change thing" to you".

At this point the crowds clapped and swooned with delight. Cameras were flashing at a pace unprecedented in recent memory and Obama himself had to calm the fans down from their escalating chants of "Obamamania, Obamamia" that in fact actually started shaking the foundations of his celebrated styrofoam Greek pillars on the stage.

Senator Kirk Watson then explained the entire plan which he called the "legislative accomplishment plan" to the crowds of Democratic supporters. The full version of Senator Watson's explanation was recorded and is available on Youtube

The crowd cheered and swooned even more after hearing Watson's explanation and to the chants of "Obama, Obama" the new President Obama took the microphone and gave a brief description of what the costs of this "legislation accomplishment plan" will be for the American taxpayer. A full version of this historic speech is also available on Youtube.

Obama then indicated he was finished speaking and stood upright on the podium, placing his hands on his hips and just like his political photographs, he jutted out his chin. There was however, no cape visible to the naked eye.

At this point Obama's wife, Senator Kirk Watson and various other Democratic aids just stood there weeping with joy as Obama stated, "we are going to change the world".
