Barack Obama, the acting President, told reporters Friday before Tuesday's election, that he is considering allowing middle-aged people to withdraw their IRA's before age 59 1/2 without any penalty.

"This will allow more people spending money up front to help get the economy going. This could help get people buying products, maybe help the casinos who's attendance is down and the slots are loose at last report." Explained the senator.

"Mr. Cashman is popping up every few minutes with up to 40 free games. Not that I gamble. Also, wine is more plentiful and they have some good discounts at Wal-Mart or even your local outlet if you buy those in boxes which are great and seldom give you too big of a hangover. Not that I drink a lot.

"So, when it passes, draw some money out, spread it around a little. The state's got you covered with free health care and medicine beginning in 2009 anyway."
