Bill Clinton's mouth in distress on book tour

MOBILE, Ala. -- Former President Bill Clinton began his tour to promote his soon-to-be-published autobiography despite a run in with palsy.

Mr. Clinton reportedly woke up the day he was to begin the tour with his face muscles forcing his mouth downward into a frown.

"I'm excited and happy," Mr. Clinton said, "but I look like I just saw Hillary come home."

Mr. Clinton refused to delay the tour, wanting to be sure the book sells and he doesn't have to give his multi-million-dollar advance back.

"This book has got to move," he told a bookseller's convention. "If it doesn't debut on the New York Times Best Seller's list then I will go back and make the parts about that tubby intern and me more explicit. I even have some Polaroid's that might help sales."

The book is titled "My Life," a title Mr. Clinton claims he came up with himself.

Doctors say the palsy is better treated with Mr. Clinton using his mouth a lot, as he is apt to do on a speaking tour. "He should lose that frown in a week if he keeps exercising that yap of his," said one doctor.
