Crowds abound, apparently the result of a Senator's being arrested in a 'sting' at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
Hundreds of gay bars have closed, as men turn to airport restrooms as cheaper and more convenient pickup joints. "You can take care of all your business in one place," said one delighted gay man.
Also, numerous cops assigned to airport security patrols have requested transfers to men's room duty. "Let's face it, it's less dangerous and a lot more fun," one cop (refusing to give his name) reported.
Meanwhile, the Hokey-Pokey song has achieved new prominence, with lots of gay men singing in bathrooms, "You put your left leg in, you put your left leg out....."
As the song goes, "That's what it's all about."
