Kerry's idea of French Toast

John Kerry spoke out on Iraq today, calling for a "French Toast strategic endeavor." Kerry's announcement was in response to the Bush Waffle strategy and the Giuliani-McCain-Romney Pancake strategy.

The French Toast approach calls for all US troops to drop their weapons and run like hell, with French forces taking their place. New French President Nicolas Sarkozy is reportedly onboard with the idea, though the French will not supply actual troops. Instead France will sweep through troubled banlieues forcibly recruiting disenchanted Muslim youth, and bring them to hold the line in Baghdad and other parts of Iraq.

President Bush and other Republicans were quick to attack Kerry for flip-flopping and endorsing a cut-and-run surrender.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates are still working on their own approaches to the Iraq situation.
