image for FEMA proposes crisis WiFi satire network
Access Satire Anywhere

Washington DC - (Ass Mess): FEMA, the Department of Homeland Insecurity's emergency division, has proposed a national satire wireless broadband network to give the emergency services a jolly good laugh when the Bush Administration is unceremoniously booted out of office by the Feds later this year.

Citing the potential gravity of the situation a spokesman said that the move would counterbalance the need for a humourless mass arrest and detention of the Bushes with the the public's demand to give emergency workers a chance to get the last laugh after years of enduring humbug, sanctimonious posturing and the febrile rantings of Rovian fantasy script management.

Under the proposals released today the 700MHz radio wave spectrum would take advantage of the satirical nature of the bust and allow free reign for emergency workers to lampoon, lambaste and generally pillory their former lords and masters who sold the world the dire fantasy of the Poodle Brothers as Global Piss Process heroes.

Secret testing of the bandwidths has already produced some favorable results according to a FEMA spokesman:

"The final network will be the first time that the emergency services and public agencies have had a fully unified inter-operable comedy system.

"We're all looking forward to having that last laugh."
