BEVERLY HILLS - A Southern California group known as FOP for Friends of Pot has contacted Colorado state authorities about the possibility of making a rather large purchase of Colorado marijuana.

Hayden "Scooter" Tallyhouse, 21, representing FOP stated that his group is prepared to pay the going rate for high quality pot and will agree to toss in 10 bushels of California-grown oranges with each order of 10 pounds of cannabis.

Colorado state authorities informed FOP that they would consider selling them 100 pounds of high grade weed for $3,000 a pound which comes out to $300,000.

Lucy "Sinsemilla" Coxcoogan, 27, with the Denver based Colorado State Cannabis Coalition stated that the CSCC board of directors would have to meet and approve of the sale.

Miss Coxcoogan informed FOP that last week the CSCC rejected an offer from a group based in Illinois who wanted to purchase 75 pounds of low grade marijuana.

Low grade weed sells for $1,200 a pound so the entire 75 pound order would have cost the Illinois group $90,000.

Coxcoogan explained that the only setback was that Colorado prides itself in growing first-class quality marijuana and it will not sell low grade quality pot in the interest of state vanity.

SIDENOTE: FOP stated that they contacted Washington state about the possibility of purchasing marijuana from them, but a state rep said that they already have a deal worked out to sell all of their excess weed to Canada.
