image for Democratic Presidential Campaign Strategy "Evolving"
"Is This Charles Darwin?"

Washington DC: VP Biden let the proverbial cat out of the bag when he said he's "absolutely comfortable" with gay couples who marry getting the same civil rights and liberties as heterosexual couples. This statement has led President Obama to reconsider many things.

The president announced he now supports same-sex marriage, reversing his longstanding opposition in the midst of growing pressure from his Democratic left wing base. The president, during a TV interview, described his thought process as an "evolution" that led him to this decision, based on conversations with his staff members, openly gay and lesbian service members, and his wife and daughters.

The president then announced he supports the Secret Service entertaining prostitutes during arduous foreign trips, reversing his longstanding opposition based on the compromising of national security. The president described his thought process as an "evolution" that led him to this fairness decision, based on conversations with unmarried Secret Service agents and hard working foreign prostitutes.

The president further announced he now supports General Services Administration (GSA) personnel having lavish conventions at US taxpayer expense, reversing longstanding opposition by many in the US Department of Justice (USDOJ). The president described his thought process as an "evolution" that led him to this decision, based on conversations with overworked, underpaid GSA employees and John Edwards.

Democratic House Minority Leader Pelosi rejected any suggestion that President Obama was looking to use the various announcements to raise campaign funds or garner votes for his 2012 reelection campaign. However, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports that financial contributions from the liberal Hollywood community, Gay/Lesbian community members, Secret Service agents and GSA employees have increased substantially!
