Bouncing bubbles greeted new West Ham manager Sam Allardyce as he stepped from cloud nine on his journey to Upton Park where he was to meet the loyal supporters of West Ham United.
Before throwing Sam (whose American Uncle is well known in the States), into a huge bubble bath fans told him he had one season to get the Hammers knocking on the Premiership door.
'No problem' said our Sam 'we will win the Premiership and the FA Cup in our first year in the Premiership and be challenging for the European cup after that!'

However a cruel Spurs fan pulled the plug, the water slowly drained from the bath and the bubbles faded and died. But our Sam sneered at the Tottenham taunters: 'It will take more than blunt spurs to deflate me' he cried 'I have an iron will and nothing will deflect me fom my mission to bring integrity back to Premiership football!'
