image for Jedward Took Out Super Injuction against Simon Cowell in Run Up to Eurovision
Its celebration time for Jedward.

It has been revealed today that Jedward's lawyers took out a superinjunction again Simon Cowell in the run up to their fantastic Eurovision Performances.

The Super injunction was necessary because Simon Cowell doesn't have a nice word to say about the fantastic duo, and Jedward's lawyers were frightened that his caustic opinions might effect their chances of winning.

The injunction meant that Simon Cowell wasn't allowed to make a single sarcastic comment for the entirity of the contest. Failure to adhere to this court order could have seen Simon Cowell go to Prison for a very long time. So he was very wise and decided not to make any comments at all. Although on one occasion he did come close to airing an opinion when he raised just the one sarcastic eye brow upon being asked about their Eurovision video.

Simon Cowell was, however, allowed to comment on Blue. He is rumoured to have said that the band were as dull as a brick wall with no paint on, and that they should be ashamed of themselves for not bothering to try harder.

Blue are now set to lose the competition, probably with Nul points. Such is the power of the Simon Cowell put down. And no one knows better about that than Louis Walsh, who is said to have been the mastermind behind this piece of legal trickery.

Good old Louis Walsh. He truly was the brains behind the X-factor, and this years Eurovision Song Contest. Hurrah.
