image for Fears For Facebook UK Day Of Rage
Our Green And Pleasent Land

Fears rose tonight in the UK that a "Day of Rage" similar to that recently seen across the Middle East may be on the cards.

Great Britain has felt unrest since the recently ousting of the last labour government; replaced by an un-elected Tory-Liberal government.

A recent poll revealed that the UK populace are sick of the excuses' of politicians, whom continually pander to the business interests of the wider world. One pollster said.

"All we hear is more lies, more promises and higher prices. I really think they've over done it this time. We are sick of this. It doesn't take a genius to work out that the same money puts them into to government, demanding the same concessions."

Another said:

"Good business is where you find it. Let's ask some honest blokes to have a bash. We could close the borders and learn to be self sufficient as an island, like we always were. Then we'll know what needs importing and what doesn't. We got plenty of land to feed ourselves. If the corporations' don't like it, then they can stick it."

However, an internet source said:

"These recent troubles in Egypt and Libya were carried by the momentum of Facebook. If you think that it couldn't have been stopped, you're living in cloud cuckoo land. If the people that mattered wanted to, it would have been shut down or removed. So in short, the execution of a facebook campaign is much more complicated in the UK."

As the country waits for facebook to take effect, we'll just have to put up with it.
