Hostages held here

Terry Waite, once imprisoned and handcuffed to a radiator in Lebanon as he worked to release hostages has stated that he wants to return there.

"With the UK turning back into recession, I can't see any point staying here", said Terry, "I also got a return ticket when I left Lebanon and don't want to waste the second leg".

George "Ozzy" Osbourne, UK Chancellor said "Let him go, thats one less pension to pay for"

Terry was hosting a 'Hostage to Fortune' group session with other people who had been in similar situations when he made the announcement.

Rumours that Bruce Forsyth who has been a hostage on the BBC set of "Strictly Come Dancing" for the last 7 years is to be released were denied at the National Television Award ceremony in London last night.
