image for Two Pensioners Enraged over Edinburgh Fringe Festival Joke
For goodness sake why don't you share?

Two pensioners living in Stirling are considering suing comedian Dan Antopolski for making a joke out of their names. The 36-year-old funnyman won a prize, the 'Dave Award' for the best joke of the entire Edinburgh fringe comedy festival.

Ed Jogs and Justin Hedge, who both suffer from paranoid schizophrenia as a result of drug abuse in the early 1960s, are quite upset and traumatised by it. They are also angry that the comedian won a prize at their expense.

The pair spoke to In Seine News about their outrage; "Up until last week all was quiet and we did not have to worry about a thing in our sheltered accommodation in Flora Macleod Drive, Stirling. But for some reason now the phone is going non-stop with people telling what they claim is the funniest joke in the world, namely, The Hedgehog Joke; "Hedgehogs, why can they just share the hedge?" I am fed up already of this joke and cannot see what is so hilarious about it? In the early 1980s, 'The Hedgehog Sketch' that appeared on not the Nine O'Clock News - that was funny! The guy who made this quip must be on drugs - and so must the judges be!"

Make IN SEINE's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
