Woods: Not a racist - he hates all races equally

Nick Griffin, the leader of the British National Party, a guest on the BBC Radio 5 Live show this morning, has come in for some strong criticism from one of the show's listeners over his ridiculous explanation of what it takes for someone to be considered 'British'.

Mr M Woods, of Hull, telephoned the show to take issue with Mr Griffin, after the latter told listeners that, just because a person came to this country and, after a period of probation, qualified for a British passport, this didn't make them British.

Griffin was defending a party leaflet which says that black Britons and Asian Britons "do not exist".

The "Language and Concepts Discipline Manual" says the term used should be "racial foreigners".

In the BBC interview, silly Mr Griffin said, to call such people British, was a sort of "bloodless genocide", and also that 'black residents' of the UK are no more British than an Englishman living in Hong Kong is Chinese.

During the radio phone-in that followed, however, social commentator Woods lambasted the BNP leader, calling him:

"the worst kind of human. And a fat little bastard!"

Woods is the writer at satirical news website, TheSpoof.com, who has, himself, been accused of being a racist bigot, though he strongly refutes this argument.

Woods asked Mr Griffin:

"What constitutes a British person? How many generations of someone's family do we have to investigate before they can be considered 'pure' 100% British? Two, three, ten, fifty? Mr Griffin is completely missing the point. If I get my friend at Dudley Library to go back far enough through extensive computerised archives, she will turn up evidence that he, himself, is a foreigner of some description."

Mr Griffin chose not to respond to this suggestion.

Make Monkey Woods's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
