Hot on the heels of Prince Harry's racist video shame, in which he used such endearingly affectionate terms as 'Paki' and 'Raghead' come allegations that the army is a racist institution.
Professor Finneas Fogg of Liverpool University (surely a contradiction in terms) hit back at critics of the military by saying:
"It's easy for people to describe the military as a racist institution, but these people conveniently forget that the military was designed in the first instance to kill as many 'Johnny Foreigners' as possible."
"Killing people, and dropping bombs on them is the army's raison d'etre, so of course they're racist. They couldn't do their job if they weren't."
The army continues to kill people with ruthless efficiency, but fail to be as successful as the armed forces of the United States, who in a sustained attempt at political correctness and even handedness kill their allies with 'friendly' fire at a similar rate to which they kill the enemy.
More as we get it.
