image for Rogue Angel Found Working in Medical Clinic

An angel (pictured) has been found working in a medical clinic in Houndsworth, England. Staff at the centre became suspicious when their patients' health suddenly began to improve drastically, and when the angel, who had been using the name Thomas McKenzie, was spotted by several staff members floating down corridors at the Houndsworth Community Health Clinic.

They contacted local priest, Fr. Desmond O'Reilly, who confirmed that there was an angelic presence in the Clinic. Staff nurse Mary Hedgeworthy also commented "his whites were always immaculately clean, even on days where the canteen served chicken curry". The angel was taken to the Vatican where top officials, including his holiness, interviewed him.

In a statement released this morning, they said "We've held extensive interviews with the angel to determine what his intentions were. He claims to have been sent to look after an old lady in Bromley, whose husband had recently passed away due to an admin error. Apparently he wasn't supposed to die until he was 77, not 67. While he was helping the old lady through her grieving process, he heard the news of the Dr. Shipman case. It was then that he decided to remove his tracking device, and to "redress the balance" as he put it, of what the medical monster had done by saving patients who were supposed to die that year".

Vatican officials say that his tracking device, which also works as a signal booster for retrieval, was damaged during its removal. He will be sent aboard a Vatican jet, and will be returned to heaven once the aircraft has attained sufficient altitude for his signal to be picked up.
