Bernard Manning's ghost today ripped into Russell Brand, labelling him as a talentless, clueless, mockney idiot.
Speaking at a seance in a big house on Bury New Road, Manchester, Manning said:
'You've got to give people credit for having a go at the stand-up game, but at the end of the day you have to have talent.
'Brand is a talent free zone. I mean, picking on a senior citizen, that's just wrong.
'And as for Ross, well, he's usually about as funny as third degree burns, but I expected at least some degree of sensibility from the long lank whore.
'This entire episode is a sad indictment on the current state of British comedy.
'Whatever happened to good old British racist bigotry?
'I tell you, they've lost the plot these upstarts have.'
