image for American Embassy to be Relocated
How the old power station will look, once disguised.

LONDON UK - After 200 years of being sited in central London the American Embassy is to move South of the river (Thames) to the old Battersea Power Station Site that has stood disused for over 40 years.

This famous landmark with it's four famous Art deco chimneys will be the secret HQ of the CIA and the Home of the Embassy. The plan is to increase security and make the Embassy whereabouts unknown to would be Al-quida recruits.

The idea was actually attributed to Boris Johnson (New Mayor of London) who stated earlier that the old power station building was so inconspicuous, even from the air. When asked by the press, " would the chimneys not be a "giveaway"? the Mayor replied that he and the top brains at the American Embassy had considered this aspect and concluded that if they were to strap a few plastic branches around the top of the chimneys they would blend in as trees (even though they are 300 feet high).

To redevelop the old site would cost the American people approximately £500 million dollars, how ever a spokesman at the Embassy said this is a good time to do this. with all Americans wondering how they are going to find the 700 Billion Dollars to prop up the Economy the odd 500 million would not be noticed.

It was also confirmed that once complete the four chimneys would actually be used as nuclear missile launchers. (Reuters)
