image for Gordon Brown to rid himself of revolting MP's before conference
Titania Slapntickle, not a revolting MP at all.

Gordon Brown has decided that all revolting MP's must go before the Labour Party Annual Conference.

While there appears to be dissent within the ranks regarding his leadership capabilities, for the sake of the unity of the Party, the Prime Minister has said that those MPs who are revolting must go.

A Downing Street spokesman said:

"Yes, Gordon is our leader and we can't have revolting MPs around him.

"Take that Ruth Kelly. People find her somewhat revolting. And that Alisdair Campbell, another potentially revolting character.

"And Lembit Opik. Well, I ask you, how revolting is that, dating a piece of Russian teenage crumpet? Or at least he used to.

"And that George Galloway chap. Now he is truly revolting. He can sometimes be downright loud-mouthed and nasty. In fact, I can't really say one good thing about him at all.

"Yes, I think it's great that Gordon is getting rid of all those revolting MPs once and for all. Even if they aren't all Labour."
