image for HM the Queen and HRH Prince Philip in the 'do-do' again
Another right royal walkabout.

Her Royal Highness the Queen and His Royal Highness Prince Philip have once again hit the news, putting the House of Windsor under the public spotlight and casting a shadow on royalty, especially the tabloids, which like to 'big it up' regardless of the story.

According to Jamie Spleen, Royal correspondent from the Scottish Daily Gnat, it appears that on a recent visit to Govan, which is somewhere in Scotland, the Queen and Prince Philip were seen together on a Royal walkabout.

Jamie Spleen said: "This is unprecedented in Royal terms that the Queen and her Royal husband should be seen on a walkabout together, especially in Govan, seeing as it isn't particularly well noted for oriental people for Prince Philip to have some informal, racial banter with.

"Except, of course, for that nice Mr and Mrs Wok who run the "Fort Num and Mace Sonne" take-away on Kiltakimbo Street. They do a lovely Black Bean Chicken and Flied Lice.

"Anyway, I just hope this sort of thing doesn't catch on, because next thing you know you'll get Mr and Mrs Brown, Mr and Mrs Cameron or even Mr and Mrs Whatzitsface, you know, the LibDem chappie and his wife, all getting in on the act. And before you know it, Lord and Baroness Blair will be at it as well."

On hearing the news, Bernard Manning was said to be still dead.

Make Steddyeddy's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
