image for Archbishop Of Canterbury Carted Off To Nuthouse
The Archbishop of Canterbury

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, has been taken to hospital following an interview yesterday on BBC Radio 4, in which he voiced the opinion that Sharia Law should be incorporated into the British Legal system. The muddled fool was later said to have 'gone bonkers'.

The Archbishop expressed the view that more than one law was possible, and, indeed, preferable, as the resultant mix would ensure long drawn-out investigations and court cases, followed by a traditional quick stoning.

Armed police surrounded BBC Broadcasting House, and paramedics were able to restrain Dr Williams, who was then placed in a straightjacket and removed to the notorious St Nutcase Hospital in central London.

Everybody and his dog has spoken out over the Archbishop's comments, and even the Queen was critical, when she said:

"One fears Dr Williams may be in need of some therapy."

Make Monkey Woods's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
