Australians to learn how to be humble from England

The entire Australian cricket team has been ordered to take lessons in humility from their English counterparts in a shock ruling from the International Cricket Council.

Following the controversial behaviour of the team after their recent victory against India, the Aussies have been told to spend time watching how the England players carried themselves during their 5-0 series result thrashing in the last Ashes series as well as subsequent world cup humiliations.

Malcolm Speed, Chief Executive of the ICC, said: "The Australians must realise that cricket is about far more than just winning. There is no nation better at knowing how not to win and how to smile as they hand the opposition victory than England."

The Australians will not just be meeting the great English cricket losers. The ICC has also lined up sessions with Steve Maclaren and Andy Robinson.

Ricky Ponting, aggressive Australian captain, said: "If we have to do this to continue be number one, then humility works for me"
