Stone Age Scaffolding

'Fred Flintstone' is in Salisbury court today accusing two fathers rights protestors of identity theft.

The protesters scaled the Stonehenge monument in February dressed as the cartoon caveman, Fred Flintstone. Both due to face charges of unlawfully climbing a national monument at Salisbury Magistrates' Court.

Fred claims 'They have tarnished my reputation, taken my identity and catchphrase. At first Wilma thought it really was me up there on top of Stonehenge.'

Barney Rubble leapt to Fred's defence and commented:

'Why would we do that to something we built?Well sort off - Yes the building plans were slightly confusing and we had a few mishaps but we have not been back there since we were thrown out of the Stonehenge site.'

Stone age Police are still looking into the original case but have not attended the scene yet and have told us they have to prioritise their workload.

Make Captain Equality's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
