image for Werritty and Fox 'like Laurel & Hardy' at UFO alien summit
A plot to vaporise a senior envoy from the Middle East was foiled

London - Videoed by International Space Station astronauts the dodgy and buffoonish Tory stand-up double act was captured negotiating crucial Space Treaty terms with some Persian-looking aliens and a Mexican drug cartel hitman.

The summit onboard a curious Zalebieh (Lebanese doughnut) shaped UFO saw the UK Defence Secretary and his podgy adviser break bread - if not wind - with what the US Attorney General's office has described as the leader of a vicious Mexican narco-terror group the Los Zetas - a branch of the notorious Zeta Reticulans space monster genus.

Details of the negotiations are somewhat sketchy still but the summit apparently broke up because the aliens mistook Adam Werritty and Dr Liam Fox for two of the 20th century's greatest comedic silent screen idols Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy.

American Justice department sources later confirmed that an attempt to vaporise a senior envoy from the Middle East had been foiled thanks to a 'hash-hash' surveillance op on the duo.

Despite the success of the secret mission the UK Cabinet Member and his lardarse sidekick remain under a very dark cloud amid tedious revelations such the financing of Werritty's shuttle trip fare and overnight ISS hotel charges.

Their not-for-profit Space Summitt Foundation was founded in 1997 and revelled in the patronage of Mrs Thatcher, the Supreme Borg Queen, as its indefatigable figurehead.

Last month the Charity Commission closed down the outfit after it clashed with public perceptions of what the Space Program ought to be.

Ex-UK Prime Monster Sir (sic) John Major is 69.
