image for David Beckham to play major part in 2012 Olympics

As rumoured in the press, former England football player and special ambassador for the moronically tattooed has admitted that he will be playing a special part in the 2012 Olympics.

Current speculation suggests that Mr Beckham might perhaps be suited as trainer manager of the English Olympic Football team. However Olympic Games chief Lord Coe today announced that he has found the perfect role for Mr Beckham.

He said that they had written to Mr Beckham, using words with as few syllables as possible, to ask if he would be interested in becoming one of the main arena's Personal Distribution and Organisational managers, or in layman's terms, sell overpriced tat from a tray in the stadium.

Reportedly good with figures, especially those continually flooding into his bank account, Mr Beckham is currently mulling over the proposition, although he has had to consult with a dictionary to ascertain exactly what a 'mulling' and a 'proposition' are.

Make Steddyeddy's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
