image for Same Sh-t, Different Uniform: Donovan McNabb Benched During Loss to Lions

Flashback to the mid-2000s: Eagles QB Donovan McNabb hits the field and promptly plays like absolute sh-t. Head Coach Andy Reid, frustrated, benches his arrogant ass, giving __ insert name of sh-tty backup QB here__ the opportunity to finish up during the Eagles' loss.

October 31, 2010: Redskins QB Donovan McNabb hits the field and promptly plays like absolute sh-t. Head Coach Mike Shanahan, frustrated, benches his arrogant ass, giving Rex Grossman the opportunity to finish up during the Redskins' loss to the Lions.

Not that, on paper, the benching makes any f--king sense: Benching McNabb in a winnable game and replacement with turnover queen Rex Grossman is silly.

"Look at Grossman's numbers," said Keyport, NJ resident Anthony Rosania, who had to walk around the borough dressed as a female McDonalds employee because his stupid kids wanted him to go trick-or-treating during the day, and couldn't watch the game live. "He's thrown more interceptions than touchdowns in his career, and has 20 fumbles with 58 sacks in 37 games before Sunday."

"F--k, Grossman fumbled on his first play in the game,: said Rosania. "Yeah, that's a good substitute for McNabb."
