The English Football Association (F.A) officially announced that Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez will get football speed limit. This means that he can no longer run 1,000,000,000,000 mph but only 23 mph, which is Usain Bolt's speed.

During his childhood, Javier had to choose between being a runner, jumper or footballer. He obviously chose football, because he can do both running and jumping in it. But now, he might regret this decision, because the F.A and FIFA set this speed limit rule for him. He now has to have a normal human speed.

Perhaps he comes from the same planet as Messi, who knows?

Apparently, the F.A is also discussing a jumping limit for Javier, which means he can only jump as high as 2 meters. Before, he jumped about 150 meters to get Nani's over hit crosses.

Poor Javier, he can no longer head-in his own crosses as he did against Chelsea in the Community Shield
