Curler on brief penalty bench time-out

Norse Norsemanson, Reykjavikian athlete extraordinaire is pumped about competing in the Sochi,Russia Winter Olympics.

"I've looked forward to going up against the best sweepers the world has to offer for a long time now." Norsemanson said in an interview Friday while waiting for his bus tires to thaw from the highway pavement.

"Most folks have never heard of the sport of curling and wouldn't know one if it came scooting down the ice rink towards them." Norsemanson has been a member of the Intl. Curling Assoc. for 38 years and was Chief Principal Grand Curler from 1979-85.

Iceland should be most proud.
