ARLINGTON, Texas - The Denver Broncos galloped into The AT&T Stadium in Texas and along with the Dallas Cowboys showed the fans what an old-fashioned Texas Shootout looks like.

After the dust had settled the boys from the Rocky Mountains had won the game that saw both teams score a combined total of 99 points.

Broncos field goal kicker Matt Prater kicked a winning field goal with no time left on the clock to give Denver a 51-48 victory, and give them a 5-0 record.

Many of the loyal Cowboys fans blamed the defeat on the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders who they said did not cheer as loud as they normally do.

A rep for the tiny-white short shorts wearing high-kicking gals said that several of the girls actually had sore throats and one had an outie belly button that was giving her a little bit of trouble.

Meanwhile Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told the sports media that he has never had so many highs and lows in one game in his entire football ownership career.

He said that he did not realize it, but he actually ended up eating a total of 9 hot dogs during the entire game.

SIDENOTE: The Turnstile Review reported that Tony Romo's wife, Candace was so embarrassed that Tony threw a late game interception that she borrowed a red wig before she left the stadium.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
