image for Boston Celtics Player Arrested For Brandishing A Handgun - He Says It Was A Water Pistol
Terrence's good luck leprechaun did not work worth a darn for the Celtics guard.

KENT, Washington - Boston Celtics guard Terrence Williams (#55) spent last year playing basketball in China, and the way things look he may end up back in the land where Chinese food was invented.

According to Sporting Chance Magazine, the mother of Williams' 10-year-old son, said that the 6-foot-6-inch guard brandished a gun while she was watching reruns of The Beverly Hillbillies.

She said that all of a sudden he started waving it back and forth and acting like he was Django in that N-word spewing movie Django Unchained.

Williams, however insisted that the gun was simply a toy water pistol that he had purchased a few hours before at a local Walmart.

He even remarked that the water gun wasn't even loaded.

Police soon arrived and arrested the Celtics player saying that they will show him the difference between a real handgun and a water pistol in the privacy of a King County jail cell.

Williams' bail was set at $25,100, which he is currently in the process of trying to borrow from teammate Jason Terry (#4).

SIDENOTE: A spokesperson for the Boston Celtics stated that Williams is innocent till proven guilty but the organization did hint that Terrence may end up getting to practice speaking Chinese a whole lot more.
