image for Kobe Bryant Explains Why He's Rooting Against The Miami Heat
Kobe's wife Vanessa says that Kobe loves basketballs so much that he actually keeps two of them on their bed.

LOS ANGELES - Kobe Bryant recently stated that he was thinking about retiring, but those close to the ball hound know better.

Fellow Los Angeles Lakers teammate Metta World Peace said that Kobe will retire from the round ball game whenever he is told that he has to use a walker to get around.

And Pau Gasol said that Bryant is just too egotistical and bossy to say that's it and hang up his jock strap.

Kobe was interviewed by Hercules Confetti with Sporting Chance Magazine at The Enchanted Enchilada Mexican Restaurant in Avocado Heights.

Confetti asked him how his foot was feeling. Kobe smiled as he took a drink of his Cucumber Margarita and said that it feels like it just got sat on by Wynonna Judd.

The Laker super star was asked who he will be rooting for to win the NBA championship. He put down his CM and said that hands down it's the San Antonio Spurs.

He pointed out that they are a class team and possess three of the best players in the league in Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili.

Kobe then told Confetti that the one team that he is rooting against is The Miami Heat. When asked why he replied because they have too many divas on that team.

Bryant said that Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Ray Allen, and LeBron James only care about themselves and they could give a rat's ass about their fans.

He then noted that LeBron's pre-game chalk dust tossing ritual is a perfect example of an individual who really thinks that he is some kind of magical wizard.

He commented that LeBron has never cared about the fact that the white chalk dust gets all over the sports reporters and announcers.

In Other News. Zydeco Dupree writes in his book Trivia Territory that when yellow number 2 pencils were first invented in 1858 they sold for $3 each.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
