Atlanta, Georgia - A number of want-to-be moms faced a maddening experience yesterday when religious holiday icon, the Easter Bunny, began hiding previously donated eggs throughout Eggs: Over Easy Health Center, one of Atlanta's leading surrogacy and artificial insemination clinics. Though most of the carefully screened, soon to be inseminated, eggs were ultimately recovered from the incident, Atlanta law officials are desperate to catch the playful rabbit after he hid several life-starting cells all around the clinic's administrative and medical offices. Frustrated fertility experts and upset office personnel played "hide and seek" for their missing human-being initiators for almost 3 hours as soon-to-be mothers anticipated delayed inseminations impatiently.

Atlanta police reported that the sneaky rabbit had apparently hidden inside a large holiday bouquet of flowers that he had delivered inside the donor offices. Once free inside the facility, the bipedal basket-carrying bunny confiscated the eggs from the clinic's secured refrigerated storage, and began hiding them in the bases of the building's many potted plants, behind hanging watercolor pictures and inside various pieces of waiting room furniture. Frantic health center employees and nearby midwives methodically and carefully searched the entire scene hopeful of not damaging any of the valuable donated, male-seed receptors.

With most of the precious eggs recovered by early afternoon, there was still no news on the ill-behaved bunny's whereabouts. While several sightings of the long-eared varmint were "verified" by regional news broadcasters, most leads lead to nothing more than middle-aged men wearing rabbit costumes at area shopping malls. Motives behind the Easter Bunny's bold exploits have so far escaped FBI officials, though Easter holiday experts believe that animal right's organization, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), could be assisting the magical hare in creating his havoc on the Georgian fertility hospital.

"We found a credit card receipt for FTD Florists in the Easter Bunny's blue-grass filled, wicker basket which was left at the scene," Atlanta Bureau Investigation representative, Carl Canterbury, clarified to Atlanta press. "It looks like a human being is probably behind, at least, the flower delivery funding," the fact-finding cop proclaimed, "Our best guess so far, is it is probably those fur-coat paint-throwers with PETA," he continued to presume, "But we just don't know".
