Cameron Votes J-Nit As Jedward Mania Panics Bookies

Tory boss David Cameron has come out as a J-Nit (fan of Jedward) just as bookies disclosed today that a mystery punter has laid £10,000 on the boys to win.

This is the highest stake on any X-Factor contestant in the ITV show's six year history. "Since Saturday we've had more bets on Jedward than all the others put together", revealed a spokesman for London bookmakers. "If Jedward win, we're facing a £20million payout", he added as odds on the twins tumbled to 4/1.

Last night hundreds of teenage J-nits screamed for the twins as Jedward joined other celebs for the London première of A Christmas Carol.

The quiffed duo were joined by Peter Andre and a few Hollywood stars like Colin Firth. But the loved-up Lolita girl J-Nits only had eyes for John and Edward when the arrived on the red carpet.

"J-Nit Mania reminds me of Beatlemania", said a London policeman.
