Harry Potter Sues J K Rowling

Harry Potter - And He Is Bloody Annoyed
A 87 year old War veteran from Ohio is set to sue Author J K Rowling for using his name without his permission resulting in years of mockery, unsolicited phone calls and kids demanding he 'do some magic'.
Harry Potter who is a D-Day veteran says he has had enough of Potter and seeing as though Rowling is in a suing mood he might as well join in.
"Harry Potter has been a nightmare for me" said Mr Potter "I am in my twilight years, I fought at Arnhem and was involved in the D-Day landings. Suddenly, out of nowhere, thanks to this self righteous and highly strung 'writer' my life is a misery."
The basis of Potter's claim is that since the books about the boy Wizard became a success he has been laughed at every time he introduces himself to strangers, when he is at the Doctors and other places where his name is called.
Mr Potter also claims that kids in his neighborhood knock on his door late at night and demand he do magic.
He has also had to have his telephone number removed from the phone book after he was inundated with calls from Potter fans.
"I don't get it" said Potter "She uses made up names like Hagrid, Dumbledore and Sirius Black yet uses a common normal name for the main character! Why didn't she call him something else?"
Rowling and her lawyers were to busy picking on a nerdy defenseless, pathetic and sad geek, who helped make her rich and famous to comment.
