Computer giant Apple are to go ahead with a patent lawsuit, against German manufacturer of domestic appliances Miele.

According to Apple, Miele have violated 2 to 3 of Apples patent designs, with the new Miele Dustkart-3000Z.

A spokesperson from Miele said: "We will fight them all the way. This is a dustkart (vacuum cleaner) how can it make an infringement on a computer? We're not in that business!"

The computer giant insist that the Dustkart-3000Z has an identical appearance to the old power-mac G4, and is the same colour as the white i-mac, also the Dustkart-3000z has a power button at the front, and a carrying handle on the top.
