As Sarah Palin prepared to board her bus for the Rolling Thunder rally in Washington DC his morning, she was asked by a reporter if this was the start of her presidential campaign and was she worried about the possible entry of Michele Bachmann in the race.

Palin replied: "There's nothing wrong with Michele B, maybe she's a little on the floozy side but, you know, some people go for that!"

The reporter followed up: "Then you don't think she is a real competitor in the 2012 campaign?"

Palin: "Oh, I didn't say that. You know, there are folks out there that like her. The fact that she's a little heavy in the chest, walks kind of hunched over and all, doesn't seem to bother some folks. Seems to me she would at least know that the shot heard around the world was when Hitler invaded Germany. But, you know, there's no telling what some folks will believe. Maybe, short and dumpy is in, but did you ever look at her walking away from you? Hello?"

A journalist from the Washington Post inquired: "What made you decide to attend the Rolling Thunder event tomorrow? Was in patriotism?"

Palin: "Well yes you could say that." And then in a rare moment of candor, she added, "You know, I always thought that The Rolling Thunder was a digestive problem. I use to say to Todd; My God Todd, can't you take that outside?!"

As Ms. Palin started to board the bus, she turned and added, "Well, anyway, I've got to go now, get ready and put on my American flag blouse and mini-skirt." She paused and added, "Michele couldn't get into this little number with a crow bar and vasoline! There is more to being president of the United States than just being a pretty face. You need a cute ass, too!" The potential GOP nominee for the presidency of The United States of America gave her trademark wink and slowly sauntered up the steps of the bus.
