Vincent Tabak is to write a book about his time incarcerated inside HMP Belmarsh. The Dutchman has been so traumatised at his loss of privileges and the petty, humdrum life incarcerated with petty, violent convicted criminals.

The Dutchman is shocked to have witnessed the petty violence and pecking order when you are banged up inside. He was shocked to realise that a Cray like gangster figure is the 'Mr Big' inside the prison. Tabak is said to be in fear of his life as he has been identified as one of the hated figures who have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a defenceless woman. There is rumoured to be a contract out against Tabak who is in fear of his life. He has already been beaten up in the shower and the prisoners tattooed him with 'guilty' with a home made dye. The Dutchman is said to be in fear for his life and is worried that they will carry out a threat to break all his fingers so he is unable to use the keyboard and carry out his complex computer programming work.

Tabak is said to be in a state of a catatonic boredom which is mixed with a kind of dread and fear of reprisals. He is starved of intellectual stimulation and is reduced to playing chess with a Victor Hannibal lookalike who has been a cannibal in another life.

The computer programmer has started to keep a diary and a blog about his life on the inside. He has confided in Tanja Morson that he is scared that he will be murdered, blinded or mutilated in some way by the violent psychopaths inside the prison. He is recording a blog so there is a record of his experiences. In the case of his accidental death or murder inside the prison he has told Tanja Morson to go public with his blog.

Tabak has also written about his experiences at the hands of Avon and Somerset police. He has hardly slept since his arrest and is said to be tearful and unable to concentrate. The Dutchman is filled with sorrow at what has happened to Jo Yeates but still claims that he is totally innocent and is sure that he will be vindicated.

Tanja said that Vincent hates the prison food which is tasteless and bland. She said that her fiance has lost weight and to relieve the boredom often cycles in the gym. Vincent has limited access to the internet and to the use of a laptop which was confiscated when Tanja smuggled it in.

Tabak has begged to have an iphone and he wants to train his brain and keep in active. He has been reduced to doing jigsaws which he hates. Tanja has thrown android phones over the fence but the other convicts will grab them and a big punch-up inside the prison yard have broken out amongst the bored prisoners.

Vincent has written a book about his experiences and has pointed out the weaknesses of the police's case against him. He cannot believe that the Midsomer Murder type policemen really think that they will be able to win the prosecution and be able to convict him of murder.

He has said to panic-stricken Tanja, "Don't they realise what a clever man I am and how brilliant my mind is?" Tabak has witnessed how the British treated Sven Goran Erikkson a cultured Swede who had nothing but good intentions to help his football team and compared his treatment to how Sven was treated by the harsh British media.

Tabak has maintained his innocence and he was unable to comprehend how Chris Jefferies, his former landlord, had been officially cleared as a suspect. He told Tanja that he was living in some kind of parallel universe where reality had been turned on its head. It is worried by prison shrinks that Tabak is losing touch with reality he claims that he does not understand why things have been happening and says that there is no logic or reason to the police's scatter gun approach.

His legal team are working to free the Dutch national and claim massive compensation for lack of earnings. It begs the question who really is guilty and where are they?
