Taoism, the Chinese dualistic philosophy, dates back to 2,000 BC. It symbolizes pairs of opposites consisting of Yin (dark side) and Yang (light side) observed in the universe, such as good vs. evil, love vs. hate, light vs. dark etc. Incidentally, Carl Gustav Jung (1875 - 1961), a Swiss psychiatrist, gives us the 'principle of opposites'. An instance of which is when we think of our wealthy old aunty, willy-nilly our mind shifts toward probability of an inheritance-a fact which can be tested by anyone skeptical!

Presently, the stupid economy is stuck in the thick no-change mud, either on purpose or otherwise. As we know the big wars of the past were launched as a blessing by the stupid stooges of the greedy merchants. So far, they have abstained from starting another big war and have sufficed to little wars here and there. Besides, probably, their former ally, USSR, surrendered on a half-&-half lion share condition, or the Globalism, but both sides underestimated the potentiality of China who has so far sent most manufacturers scurrying with tails between legs, because no one can be as crafty as they are in the production of cheap defective products.

Taoism, paradoxically a Chinese philosophy, too, is said to embody the harmony of opposites i.e. there will be no love without hate, no light without dark, no male without female, no democracy without totalitarianism. Unfortunately, Taoism depends on individuals to develop virtue, seek compassion, moderation and humility. It believes that "Yin and Yang" will, fingers crossed, ultimately regulate the two competing energies found in all things. It also believes that excess of any energy is harmful.

Can the excess of energy mean what I have called in one of my posts Neo-Globo-Rogo-Totalitarianism or Devils on the march Part I? Can it be a wrong application of natural forces found around us-manipulation of energies like tsunamis, earthquakes, manmade revolutions? However, we feel disappointed when we see Neo-Globo-Rogo-Totalitarianism unlike the past have been given enough rope, in the past 30 years, to exercise their whim scot-free? Where and when is it going to stop? How far are we from a case like the following?

Two females who had met each other in the lobby of an inexpensive hotel approached the reception desk asked for a double bed room. In the morning, the hotel manager had to use a master key to open the room given to those two lovely girls because of repeated moaning. They found one of the girls, gagged and bleeding, tied down to bed stark naked. When asked what had happened, she said her roommate did all this to her and had already left. The receptionist exclaimed that he had seen no female leaving the hotel. The raped girl weeping pointed to wigs, artificial breasts, articles of female dress thrown on the floor, saying, "He anally raped me repeatedly all night long."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
