The Spoof was privileged last week to interview incumbent Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.

TS (The Spoof): Hello Boris.

BJ (Boris Johnson): Erm yes, I er, hello.

TS: Boris.

BJ: What, er.

TS: Boris. In your opinion, has the Congestion Charge been a success for London?

BJ: Well, yes, er I, erm, no. Actually, Ken Livingstone. er, yes. It's to to say that erm, possibly.

TS: Since becoming Mayor of London, what single decision that you have made do you think has made the most difference to London's lives?

BJ: Of course, I er, that is, erm, no, not that I er, for the London Olympics in er, erm no, yes, er 2012 erm. You see.

TS: OK. You always seem more than willing to comment on subjects that other politicians may shy away from. Do you think that this has affected your overall popularity?

BJ: Of course, it er, er, er, may, er, no. I think, erm, that yes, erm, actually no, that may, I er, er, think I've er, found, erm yes, a er Foxes Glacier Mint, erm in my, my, er my pocket.

TS: That's enough, maybe we should end things there.

BJ: Yes, no, yes, maybe er, we should.
