image for Review - China Teapot

I approach this piece of journalism with a great deal of trepidation. It is not often in ones lifetime that one has the delight of reviewing such a fine item of chinaware. It carries with it the weight of doing justice with mere words what can never really be done. However, in the interests of you, my dear reader, I will attempt to do so.

It was early one morning that I received the aforementioned item of chinaware with the excitement that one might expect. As I held it up to the morning sun, it seemed to illuminate it with the kind of light that spoke volumes. It seemed to fit my hand as if it had been made for it, and I experienced the perfect blend of weight and balance rarely seen since my epic review of 'Steel Wheelbarrow' some years ago.

As I carried it through to the Kitchen area, I seemed to move with a new found grace and poise, as though my entire body was being renewed with each step.

Finally the moment was upon me. I put the kettle on and made a nice cup of tea.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
