The United States Commission on State License Plate Slogan Approval has just granted ten states permission to change their vehicular license plate slogans for 2013.

The executive director of TUSCOSLPSA Winnie Leona "Tags" Tagliobissi stated that they had to reject the slogans of two states and ask that they submit a secondary entry.

The commission rejected Arizona's slogan "The Non-Hola State" as well as Rhode Island's slogan "Size Doesn't Matter."

The state of Idaho Vehicular License Plate Slogan Bureau conducted a state-wide license plate slogan naming contest and asked its citizens to submit a slogan entry.

A total of 27,903 entries were submitted and the license plate slogan that was chosen was the one submitted by little 7-year-old Hessie "Bambi" Lemondrop of Sugar Loaf, Idaho which was "Idaho - The Place Where French Fries Are Born."
