Hollywood, CA-- The two robots from the 'Star Wars' epic are getting married next month in a spectacular Hollywood wedding! C3PO popped the question to his little friend R2D2, and the robot said 'sssppllloop'.
The wedding will be held on director George Lucas' plush estate on July 6th. The two newlyweds will then blast off into hyperspace and begin their honeymoon on the planet Coruscant. Luke Skywalker will be best man, and Padme will be matron of honor.
R2D2 have been friends and co-workers for many years, but it was only recently that they became intimate. The two robots were taking an oil bath together a few months ago, when friendship suddenly bloomed into lust.
"I just couldn't resist staring at R2D2's coupling gizmo, it was just so cute!" giggled C3PO. "I inserted my throbbing pidmo into R2D2's waiting recepta-bin, and proposed!" said the golden robot.
Although R2D2 and C3PO are both presumed to be male, no one really knows for sure. The robots both feel it's really no one's business what they do in bed.
After the wedding, the two robots will return to earth, and open up a bed-and-breakfast place for tourists in Los Angeles. Neither robot can reproduce, so they plan to adopt a little vacuum cleaner in the next few years.
