Drew Carey, Comedian and Quiz Show Host, today, was rushed to Mt. Sinai of the Whispering Pines Hospital, shortly after the completion of the taping of his popular show, "The Price is Right."
Jasmine Cranford, of Huntington Beach, California, in her enthusiasm, after winning a new Ford Focus, gave Carey a bear hug, which temporarily caused the star to lose consciousness.
Doctor Ming Sai Tarkanian of Mt. Sinai, stated that x-rays revealed quite a few compression fractures of his chest, as well as six cracked ribs, the result of large "mammary" glands being compressed into his rib cage.
Carl Reniger, floor director of the TV show indicated that on future shows, "hugging" would be replaced by hand shakes, and that any contestant who attempted hugging the popular Carey, would be disqualified from participating in the show.
As Carey was leaving Mt. Sinai, he was overheard saying, "I enjoyed the hugs but I didn't know the damage those things were doing."
