Channel 4 favourite Location etc etc have been approached by happy couple Prince William and Her Royal Highness Princess Catherine of Bangor to help to find their dream home as they plan to begin their lives together.
Presenters Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsop were "gobsmacked" to be approached by Clarence House with the proposal to find the Royals a property.
"We have been given the challenge of finding Their Royal Highnesses an appropriate palace in or around Bangor," Phil told The Spoof. "Budget comes in at around twenty five million pounds, but so far we've been hard-pushed to find one that exceeds £150k."
The new property should include an heliport, room for 200-300 guests and a dry ski run.
Kirsty adds, "We've looked at Carnarvon Castle, but sadly that belongs to Will's Dad, and he's not willing to let it go for less than £75m. So we're back to the drawing board."
