image for TV Show to get New Name
New TV Format

"Two and a Half Men," one of televisions most successful shows, pressently in the top ten, starring Charlie Sheen and some other people, a guy, his brother, some kid, who plays the guys son, a housekeeper, Sheen's Mom, played by some woman, a woman who plays the guys ex-wife, and some tall guy who plays the guys ex-wife's new husband, some girl who climbs onto Sheen's porch, and others, has been the center of attention recently at one of Hollywood's most prestigious studios.

The reason, the Half man, played by the kid, is growing up, and some felt a name change for the show was inevitable. All department heads met at a three day meeting in their Malibu Office which they often used due its proximity to the setting of the show. They have always felt that they lived the "Malibu Experience" by meeting there.

After their meeting, the name of choice turned out to be "The Masturbators."

Masturbating had become a focul point of the show, recently, with Sheen, his brother, and his brothers kid, often leaving the set rooms with the suggestion that they were going off to masturbate.

With the new theme, writers are seeking clever and tasteful ways of the suggestion of masturbating, and in various situations and settings.

Writers are "walking a tight rope" with the new name and theme. Aging Joyce Brothers, Jerry Springer, Lady Gaga and Doctor Ruth have been added to the advisory staff.

"It is our hope that we can make masturbation a household word, and take the covers off of it, so to speak," the women who plays Charlie Sheen's mother said.

The guy who plays Sheen's brother quipped in, "We don't want to be underhanded about it, ha, ha."

The kid who plays Charley Sheen's brothers kid said, Hey, I'm probably the richest kid in the country, I don't care what they do, I don't know what it all means, anyway."

"The Masturbators," America's number one hit.
