image for James Corden taken into care by RSPCA
'Chimpy'

Following a call received yesterday, the RSPCA dispatched a number of animal handlers to deal with "an out of control baboon" that was "terrorising the public".

Arriving at the scene, the handlers were surprised to see that the desperate mammal was in fact actor James Corden.

Corden, 47, has become increasingly desperate for attention following the end of the hit TV show "Gavin and Stacey". His horribly self obsessed acts of late include attempting to rap on 'Britain's Got Talent', a self penned comedy show, hosting sports shows on Sky and insulting Sir Steve Redgrave.

By the time that the RSPCA's top animal trackers had located the fool, he was dancing naked in Oxford Street shouting "Look at me, Please God look at me", whilst weeping.

Although it is not ideal for the RSCPCA to deal with a human adult male, however large, they were able to use some of their normal tactics to capture the comedy writer. By the end of the event, Corden had been hit with 7 tranquiliser darts before collapsing outside Burger King. He was immediately muzzled and placed into restraints.

A spokesman for the charity stated "Whilst our cages are not specifically designed for humans, we feel that it is in Mr Corden's, or 'Chimpy' as he has been named by the keeper, remain in our care for the foreseeable future".

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
